Prior to caring for your pets, we will get together for an initial visit so you and your pets can get to know me (and vice versa). We will go over a few forms, and your pets' routines. And, unless other arrangements are made, this is also when I will get a key and/or the necessary security codes. Ideally, this visit should be at least one week before your intended travel dates.
